Drat....BatB, the Lost Tapes
Blogger lost my post. Son of a diddly.
Take 2:
I was going to watch the BatB pilot on Sunday, but there wasn't time. Also, my comp is not where my tv is, so I stayed with the online chat instead. Yes, us geeks got together for the anniversary of the debut of the series. We're shameless :)
There's also been talk of getting together every month for a view. That would be interesting, especially since I only have / have seen about half the eps.
It's not my fault! I only have these because Space did a syndication run on 1998. But I didn't catch the whole run, and it only did one cycle. Sigh. Every series on the planet with more than 6 eps has a special edition dvd box set, and BatB has nothing. Oh, I had hope when Hellboy was a big hit that somebody would want to cash in, but no. Drat!
Along with the chats, Winterfest Online is coming again. So get making those candles ;)

Betrayal: Update
Whatever it was that was done from 1.06->1.07 it broke every extension mozilla has. I downloaded them, fresh, and they are all still completely fubar.
Argh. *shakes fist*
Firefox, Thou Hath Betrayed Me
Early this AM, as it does, Firefox cherrily informed me of an available critical update. They're a breeze. I did critical updates from 1.0 PR to 1.0...1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06...never even a twitch of trouble. I do 1.07...and Firefox blows up. Won't open, won't even tell me why it has forsaken me.
*whimper*
I tried to escape it, but of course I have to wipe and reinstall. And I only have PR on hand, and now it's downloading the newest version, 1.07, so we could be right back in nowhere hell soon. All my settings, all my booksmarks, all my extensions...gone forever. *sniffle*
My next move will involve stakes.
